Cancellation, Refund, and Attendance Policy

To ensure fairness, clarity, and consistency for all participants, the following policies apply to all scheduled classes:

Cancellations & Refunds

- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund and may be rescheduled one time at no charge.

- Cancellations made under 48 hours are non‑refundable, but you may reschedule one time at no additional cost.

- If an additional cancellation occurs after you have used your one free reschedule, a $20 rescheduling fee will apply. Payment remains non‑refundable.

- After the first free reschedule, any further rescheduling requests will incur a $20 rescheduling fee, regardless of notice provided.

- If a class needs to be cancelled by the Licensed Training Provider due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, all students will receive full refund and opportunities to reschedule free of charge.

Late Arrival Policy

- If you arrive 15 minutes late or more to your scheduled class, you may reschedule one time at no charge.

- Payment will be non‑refundable, even if you choose not to reschedule.
