About Marquis Limbrick- Owner/Managing Director

As the Owner & Managing Director of Butterfly Training Academy & Consulting LLC, I lead with a mission-driven commitment to building safer, more prepared communities across the Northwest and Southwest Region.

Serving as a Lead Instructor and Regional Sales Consultant (Contractor), I support organizations, institutions, and professionals with high‑quality training, operational readiness, and strategic consulting.

With 13 years of experience in public safety, emergency response, access control, and security leadership, my work centers on elevating safety culture through evidence‑based instruction, strong communication, and operational excellence.

I specialize in designing systems that strengthen organizational readiness — from post orders and SOPs to workforce development pipelines and multi‑agency coordination.

My professional background spans private security, higher education, event security, event staffing, event management, emergency medical instruction, policy development, and large‑scale venue operations.

I’m recognized for service above and beyond, the ability to mentor and develop high‑performing personnel, and a proven record of leading teams in dynamic, high‑stakes environments.

Through Butterfly Training Academy & Consulting (BTAC), I deliver life‑saving training, workforce development, and readiness consulting for individuals, businesses, and institutions.

My mission is simple: empower people with the skills, confidence, and systems needed to save lives and strengthen their communities.
